"They say service quality is expectations vs experience. I was expecting what was advertised on this app. In reality there is no bar - its a cafe where with some lengthy effort you can get a beer. The sauna was 'being repaired' OK, but how about the opening the steam room ? this was being used for drying workers clothes. Breakfast was good but no cutlery, I had to ask several staff before they could find some. Typical of inattentive staff. Overall, I felt it wasn't as good as it should be ....
