It was a very pleasant trip to this hotel. I got a pick up airport to hotel. The manager came to transport our luggages with a kind of motor tricycle because the hotel can not be access by car. You have to walk about 200 m to the hotel which is in the middle of old town.. Breakfast is good

All of the great reviews are real. The staff is very helpful and Amy’s help with our planning was amazing. We even had to leave our power banks at the airport (non CCC) and she got us one delivered to the hotel in a few hours. The hotel’s location is very quiet, but also only a few steps away from the busy old town. It was a perfect combination for us.

Lovely hotel with lots of character and conveniently located in the Old Town. However, hotel parking was challenging as it is located 600m from the property.

This is a fantastic property and one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in all our travels in China and the world. The property is located at the entrance to the old town and is magical. You step into a little ancient village. Our room had a lovely courtyard and was so quiet and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the breakfast as delicious as it gets. Our kids also enjoyed some of the experiences offered by the hotel and made their own Yunnan cat. We hope to come back one day!

This is a big property. It’s a nice place to relax. Few things can use some upkeeping but that goes with the age of the hotel.
