"Everything was lovely however we booked to go to the executive lounge which was disappointing compared to many if the Asian Hotels. Another small thing is they didn’t book our bus to the airport the next day. A minor thing and easily rectified but should not have happened. Saying all that I would stay there again but not book the executive lounge. "

"Staff absolutely wonderful and kept the room clean and tidy. The room we had was a bit tired but we understand there is a refurbishment programme happening so next time we stay the room will be bright and fresh. The bar/bistro was nice and friendly, typical Aussie style, but the menu a bit limited. Set in an industrial area but central for us and cost effective. Would stay again. "

"I was impressed with how clean the room and bathroom was. Room neat and comfortable. Walking distance to the river and restaurants. Easy check in (received a code for our door and got in easily). Easy to park. Suited our overnight well.
Improvements: We had no hand towel or flannel. Remote didn’t work so we couldn’t watch TV - it needed new batteries."
