"Absolutely lovely place to stay. The rooms are nice and super clean. The surrounding grounds are well Kept and absolutely beautiful. There are about 7 thermal pools/jacuzzis in addition to the main pool and a kiddie pool. The breakfast is really amazing. Loved our 3 day stay. The only thing lacking is the fact that there is no WiFi in the room which was an issue for us since we had to get work done. The staff was nice enough to let us borrow a conference room for 3 days in a row to get some work done for a few hours in the evenings which was really nice. We also loved the little hike/walkway down to the river bed. There is a nice spa which we didn’t use but looks nice and clean. The attached picture is of all the flowers in the garden. We highly recommend Chante Verde restaurant down the street for dinner where we went two days in a row. One more thing to add: their shampoo and conditioner in the room are out of this world. I need to track it down and bring some home."

"The view from our room was amazing, we had a perfect view of Arenal Volcano when looking out of the window. Transportation was provided when going throughout the facility. Housekeeping was very good at keeping our room clean, and they were nice enough to make towel animals for my daughter. She was very happy to come back to the room to see towel animals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were helpful with all of our needs, from laundry, to transportation, and anything else we needed. They were instrumental in making our vacation very special."
