Had a good one night stay as a solo female traveller. Felt comfortable and relaxed. The room and areas were clean and check in and out was easy. Would stay again on my way through Edmonton.

Well Miss T met us upon arrival. And she was amazing. When I asked if she was able to provide us with two wine glasses, she delivered them to our room within minutes of checking in. Miss C was so hospitable the next day when we were exiting the hotel. Such friendly staff. So glad we spent a second night as the gals made sure everything was working well for us. Upon checking out on the following day, we were treated royally. I’m sorry I don’t remember the names of the two young ladies. Most of the staff are new. Make sure to pay them well. These gals are keepers. I have worked in customer service for over 50 years. I will stay at your hotel again because of the excellent customer service I received.
