"We booked our stay based on the fact it was pet friendly for our dogs but please note if you do not like cats this is not for you as they are everywhere. We didn’t mind at all as they were all gorgeous. Although we booked end of season and not expecting too much the standards could have been a little bit better on the general grounds. "The owners were VERY gracious and understanding even after my very late arrival. They offered me a choice of upgraded rooms and even an extra blanket for the chilly night. The views are amazing. The hotel is elevated and set back from the main road - there was no street noise. Breakfast was very impressive, including a choice of what seemed like 3 home-made jams. "
