"The hotel is easy to find and parking is not a problem. The staff are very welcoming and registration was simple and efficient. The room I had was massive, and very comfortable. Warm . The only drawback was the noise from the street outside all night long. However, the hotel does prove earplugs which I could have used. The breakfasts were first class, it's very rare to get a hot breakfast from a buffet style restaurant. But they have mastered it, The rooms themselves were warm, clean and comfortable, but a little tired. With patches of carpet a but bare... But then , the price of the room is definitely budget and still very well worth it. I hope to be back."

The bathroom could have been cleaner and shown signs of wear and tear. Most importantly, hot water was working. The location is excellent, and considering it's on the main road, the room was still quiet allowed me to have a very good sleep."

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff are the stand out customer experience for me."

Centrally located so it was probably noisy on the side facing Botchergate but they do provide complementary earplugs, my room overlooked a private car park so the earplugs were not required but were used at the Blues Festival."
