"The feature of the unit is the view!
For the price it’s a great deal - especially if you have a car.
The unit is clean - but the shower only runs really hot. "

Wonderful hotel for exploring the island. We didn't want an all inclusive resort. Checked out a new beach every day. Included breakfast was great, fresh fruit and baked croissant. Hotel was one minute walk to calm beach and wide selection of restaurants. Would come here again.

Positives:
Great property!!!! Clean well kept grounds, great room sizes!! Having full kitchen is a bonus!!
Personable and attentive staff!! Enjoyed daily activities. Really liked being on beach side.
Walking distance to great restaurants!
Things to work on:
We had beach chairs stacked right in front of our room so view was not the greatest while looking out in our room and deck. (7140)
Empty bottles of conditioner and body lotion where in our room upon arrival but quickly replaced when...

Perfectly situated on what is surely one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. Clean, helpful staff, close to the shops and bars in Simpson bay, short walk to Maho beach. Restaurant food is excellent and staff are friendly but service can be slow.

10/10 experience at Le Martin Hotel. From the hospitality, to the beautiful decor, to the daily breakfast, to the pool oasis - everything was perfect. Marion and her staff go above and beyond to make your stay just perfect. It was peaceful, quiet and the perfect place to relax and recharge. Only note is that it was a bit difficult to find as maps and waze direct you to the wrong spot. I loved the proximity to Pinel Island as well as both Grand Case and Orient Bay beaches

We had a great time staying at Carls Unique Inn. The breakfast sandwiches and pastries were delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful. Despite our flights being cancelled and rebooked 4 days later, they accommodated us to extend our stay.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and air-conditioned and staff are very friendly and ready to help you out at any point in time. I had a great experience.
I like the fact that it is away from the strip as it is much quieter than the beachfront hotels (and much more cost-friendly too), but still only a 2 minute walk away. Very close to the ferry docks and you can catch a minibus to anywhere on the island right from the front door.
I would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night after our cruise but we will definitely be back. The location in Simpsons Bay is excellent. The rooms are large and well equipped. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi area is lovely. As others have mentioned the Market store below the hotel is very convenient.
Lees restaurant across the street is a must do.

This resort was a great pick for our first time in St. Maarten. Loved the area, views, beaches, music that we could hear from our balcony and the proximity to other beaches that we walked to for our morning exercise. Sunset cruise amazing!!
