« Nos vacances ont été perturbées par un incident de santé, mais les hôtes ont été particulièrement charmants et arrangeants. Leur grande gentillesse nous a fait nous sentir "à la maison" et nous a permis de passer un séjour très agréable malgré tout. Les chambres sont très agréables, grandes et avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y être en totale autonomie. « Les jours précédents notre arrivée nous avons déjà eu quelques contacts par message avec le propriétaire. Les réponses étaient très réactives et précises. Une fois arrivés sur les lieux, nous n'avons pas été déçus, le propriétaire nous attendait sur place. L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à la description du site, tout était très propre. C'est un appartement très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. En allant faire nos courses à Comano le lendemain matin, nous avons eu la bonne...

« This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. Also, the owner is so nice and the communication was easy and quick,...

« Séjourner chez Giuseppe, c’est comme se faire prêter une maison de familiale. On est loin des logements impersonnels meublés en kit suédois. Nous avons choisis le logement pour son charme et sa localisation, et nos attentes ont été comblées. Nous avons laissé notre voiture au garage et circulé en bus et en bateau autour et sur le lac de Côme. C’est un excellent lieu pour rayonner. Les commerces à proximité permettent aussi de cuisiner à la maison. Le Wifi est de bonne qualité, la literie aussi....

"The only thing that saves this hotel is the spa and breakfast. The hotel room had not been cleaned properly prior to us checking in. There were cigarette butts graciously left on the balcony, things left in the bedside table drawer, no hand soap by the sink, only lotion, one bathrobe and two towels for 3 people checking in. Hotels are usually disappointing and this hotel is the same - disappointing with nothing but a “sorry”. Hand soap was requested two times but did not receive it. "L’hôtel n’étant pas rempli hors saison, nous avons bénéficié d’une chambre avec vue sur le Lac. Le personnel a été adorable et le petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. En revanche, pour un hôtel de ce standing, nous aurions aimé des cloisons plus épaisses : cela nous aurait évité d’entendre les conversations téléphoniques de notre voisin et ses ronflements ! "
