"The property was very clean and comfortable. The hotel desk clerk, who took us to Busch Gardens on the shuttle, was very knowledgeable about the area which made our stay more enjoyable. What I didn’t like were the wasp nests outside on the wndows. I'm not sure if they were in there, but it was still noticeable. Overall, I would give this Hyatt a 9/10 score!"

"Love that this hotel is secure and clean and right across from Busch Gardens. The hotel also has a free shuttle. The surrounding area is unsafe. We took a walk to a nearby restaurant and were met with homeless people asking for money and crazy people yelling and screaming at nothing. "

"I stayed here 1 night with my family of 4 as we were going to Busch Gardens the next day. The quick in process was quick and easy and the staff was so kind and friendly! The pool was great and the breakfast was an addee benefit! Would definitely would recommend and stay again!"
