Crystal Ridge Golf Club Tours and Activities

The management was misleading. We asked for a paid parking space for security reasons. We received a key for entry into the parking garage. There was no indication that we did not receive a parking space. Very poor communication and all communication is through delayed messaging. If we had known they couldn't provide secure parking, we would have cancelled the reservation. I think they deliberately did not tell us about the lack of parking for this very reason. This area of the city has open drinking, prostitution and drug dealing. These were all observed as we drove around trying to find parking. We had to resort to parking in a surface lot with limited lighting and no security.

The unit was very clean. The resort was nice and in a great area. Beautiful views. Communication with the host was outstanding. Great place and value for our family of four!
