"The hotel was not worth the ratings reflected by n Expedia. When we arrived there was police activity at the hotel. We were woken up by people yelling in the hall way. The television did not work, some of the outlets did not work and the soap dispenser was empty. I chose the hotel because I expected a better experience given the per day room rate. "

"Stay was great. Booked 3 rooms for a family event. Check in was great and the staff was awesome. My room out of the 3 had an issue with the AC/heat. I explained the issue the next morning and when realizing they couldn’t fix the issue they were able to put us in another room. Very kind and professional. "

"We brought our Lab with us. She loved looking out all the windows. She was afraid to walk up the open stairs but was content to sleep on the first floor. We enjoyed our stay at Outrange. Very quiet and secluded. Short walk to River. "

"Such a charming B&B set on 70 acres land with beautiful landscape by the water. Well maintain old house, makes you feels like a home. Warm comfortable sittng area combined with library, cafeteria, the fresh baked cooies, books, fireplace and the wines, lovly and thoughtful thouch. The room are clean with a premium bath, roomy and quiet.. Friendly stuffs, beautiful interior and historic house and the morning sunrise.. Of course the homemade breakfast are also very good and the fresh bluberry pie is my favorite that you never want to miss out. Thanks to Joanne & Jim, you are amazing ! Joan & Mom "

"The house was lovely and perfect for our extended family getaway. We had 16 people ranging from 7-70s and everyone had their own place to sleep...it was nice not to have anyone on a pullout sofa bed. There were also plenty of bathrooms.The house was very spacious so folks could spread out and have privacy, nap, etc. However, the main areas were also cozy enough that we could still feel "together" while doing different activities. For example, we had 2 different board games going on at either end of the dining table and another group watching a movie in the connected family room. I also especially liked that the dining area could seat all of us at the same time.We used the dock and the fire pit and loved having the outdoor space as well.We had a couple of questions during our stay, and the host responded within an hour. Overall it was a great stay - I wish we could've stayed a bit longer!"

"I don't recall staying at a hotel with a staff as friendly as those at this hotel. If something is off, they address it right away. The rooms are quiet, beds comfortable, gym is adequate and everything is clean! The ready to serve breakfast is good for a hotel: the food is either from frozen, mix, or prepackaged, but it has a varied selection and is everything from cheese omelets to sausage to pancakes. Their biscuits are good, but I didn't try the gravy. The location is good, with a market and pizza place next door, and a shopping plaza across the street, so you can pick up whatever you need. "
