"The property is run down, has a roach infestation and smells like cigarettes even though it's suppose to be a smoke free room. You can even see the smoke residue on the walls and light fixtures. The staff on the other hand was very friendly but unfortunately that's not enough for a good review as the roaches were so bad."

"The staff was pleasant, the room was ok except for the 2 roachs I saw. The gentleman in the room across from me was smoking as I witnessed this when I walked past his open door. There was a spill in the elevator which I reported to the front desk that didn’t get cleaned up. The property needs an overhaul "

"I prepaid for my room and at check in the attendant asked for my card, no problem. Stayed for 4 hour’s while waiting for my car to be detailed. When ready to leave I waited at front desk for about 15 minutes and there was nobody to check me out. I seen a box that said room key drop off and left my room key in the box. Then in a day or 2 I notice a $100 additional charge on my account. No, explanation or anything. I will never go back there and I will dispute charge with my bank. That place is a theft ring. "

"Didn’t go to breakfast so can’t speak about that. Parking was a bit spooky. Overall, one of the worst experiences I had."
