"The hotel was clean in every place we went-- lobby, stairwell, hallways, and the room itself. The bed was comfortable, the thermostat was easy to work, and the window shade blocked out all the light. It's off the main roads, and even though there's a train track behind the property, the outside noise was minimal. The room was quiet, and even though there were strong odors in the hallway, emanating from other rooms, they didn't travel into the room. Everything in the room was in good condition, even if it wasn't brand-new. It was a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay for one night. "

"Our home away from home! We loved this comfortable, quiet, thoughtfully appointed suite with a vista of beautiful Lancaster County farmland. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and has everything you need with high-quality cookware. Temperature control was great, whether it was 30 degrees or 90 degrees outside (we experienced both!). Julie was a friendly and gracious host, and the location is perfect for trips to Lancaster, Amish Country, and the Susquehanna River towns. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area."
