"I was pretty disappointed with my room. I checked in around 3 o’clock and quickly dropped my bags and was off for the evening. When I got back around midnight, that’s when I discovered just how dirty my room was. The floors did not appear to be vacuumed very well, there were stains and splatters on the walls throughout the room, but the worst part was, I could tell the top comforter on the bed did not look like it had been cleaned. There was dog hair on it and the way it was wrinkled, looked more like someone had been sitting on it rather than having come out of the dryer. Then I pulled the covers down and discovered more dog hair and tortilla chips in my bed. Totally disgusting. At this point it was too late for me to go downstairs or try to find another hotel so I had to pull the sheet up over the dirty fitted sheet and sleep on top of everything. To say the least, it was just super disappointing because I have stayed at a Sleep Inn before and it was a very clean and very nice hotel so I had higher expectations. Major bummer and totally made my stay very unpleasant."

"No management. Front Desk staff not trained (2 day, 1 evening staff members). Could not get correct room number in my record. Wanted to stay a additional day and charge it to my Wyndham VISA. They did, but also charged the CC used in original booking thru Hotels.com. Still don't have refund for double charge on 21 April."

"The staff are truly the highlight! How ever I did need to pick up some cleaning supplies. There was an unknown substance on the headboard"

"Overall not bad for an overnight stay. They definitely need new beds. Horrible mattresses and when thr AC ran it smelled like urine."

"The rooms were clean, everything was in working order. The breakfast was very nice and hot. They offered coffee and cappuccino 24 - 7. I really enjoyed this hotel and will definitely be back! "
