We spent 2 days at the Palazzo do Vali and absolutely loved it!! Beautiful surroundings, magnificent home with frescoes on the ceiling and an old world charm! Sitting in the garden with a spectacular view of beautiful Siena was a perfect way to start our days with a delicious breakfast and also to end our days with some amazing italian red wine. Many thanks to Lorenzo and staff for making our stay unforgettable.

My husband and I were very impressed as soon as we arrived. Benjamin already knew who we were by names without having to show any booking documents. All staff were extremely professional and friendly greeting us with a smile. They were all very helpful with information like providing tour guidances, places to dine, etc. The whole compound is out of the world. We definitely picked the perfect setting for what we were after, a rustic Tuscany environment. Big enough outside the busy Siena town and...

I can't believe this property is only a 2 star! The rooms are very basic, but they are very charming and just for sleeping and showering anyhow. We had no trouble sleeping, was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The wine and food offered for purchase was affordable and very good. Staff was helpful and kind. We drove all over exploring the towns in Chanti. There's so many wineries if we had more time we would have booked a tour. The pool and views at this place are amazing....

A lovely place to enjoy the wine and the region. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. House has a magical feel to it. Staff were so kind and always on hand to help out. A wonderful visit!

Invroyable

Endroit magnifique et bien situé pour visiter la région.

Peaceful location with stunning view and well trained staff It was a perfect family vacation My only mistake is not having the time to stay a full week Would come back with our child when they are older

Absolutely loved Siena and the surrounding area. The Villa del Sole was the perfect choice. The location in Siena provides a beautiful view. The breakfast was very nice, especially the coffee of which I had many cups. The best part was the graciousness of our host Gianluca. He was very helpful in learning about the area, things to see, places to eat and just a lovely person. To me this is the best part of a trip to Tuscany. We did not get to dine at the restaurant but had our favorite...

Large rooms, helpful staff, delicious breakfast at a very reasonable price. There’s no water by the hotel, as seen in the picture. It’s located on a very old walled town… quite quaint.

Outstanding, perfect except for directions to find it and breakfast. Two different GPS couldn't find it... Breakfast was very basic..

Perfect, pristine, could not be any better!

This place absolutely blew our minds and far exceeded anything we were expecting. After the chaos of Rome, Palermo and the Amalfi Coast, this property was exactly what we needed to recharge and enjoy the peace and quiet. Everything from the room to the property to the surrounding area was just stunning. You definitely need a car though if you plan on going into Pienza. I was assured there were taxis available so didn't rent a car but we could not get any taxis from Pienza out to the...

What a property! The drive in is stunning. Amazing greeting. Easy parking within a gated area. The check-in was first class. We were given a tour of the property which is incredible. The rooms are incredible. Then we experienced a wine tasting that we won't forget. The Banfi wines are amazing. Then we experienced arguably our favourite dining experience at the Michelin Star restaurant on the property. What a property! What a team!! We are already discussing our return.
