The back patio is the perfect place to hang out around the firepit, grill, or soak in the spa after a day exploring the mountains. There is also a Sauna and are walking distance to the Lake Gregory.

Also, you're close to a grocery store, many restaurants, Lake Arrowhead, Skyforest, hiking, fishing, skiing, tubing, bowling, movie theater, and so much more. Living area features hot tub, sauna, kitchen with high end appliances, firepit, yard games, and spacious bedrooms. You'll enter this home walking down stairs surrounded by beautiful trees, plants, and flowers. Enter the main living area and you'll immediately notice the beautiful wood beams, stone fireplace, and smart tv. You'll enjoy making meals in the kitchen with its high end appliances which include stove, double oven, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, and the beautiful view from the dining room. Sink into bed after a day at the lake or in the snow. You'll love the King beds and queen bed with comfortable mattresses and 600 thread count cotton sheets. The primary down stairs bedroom includes an infrared sauna. The 3 bathrooms are nice and cozy. You'll enjoy the convenience of private laundry. There are 3 parking spaces- 2 in the driveway, and 1 in front, parallel to the house. A couple potential problems are there are lots of stairs, no bath tubs, and no street parking.
