There is truly no place else than Crested Butte I would rather be. You will have this very clean and quiet condominium all to yourself. Downstairs is a comfortable living room area and full kitchen. There is also a bathroom and stand-up shower located on the first floor. The wireless internet works well and there is cable TV, lots of games and a bluetooth stereo for you to connect to. There are two bedrooms with queen beds located upstairs with a bathroom/shower. In the common area within the housing association is a volleyball net, common BBQ area for all guests to enjoy, a large yard to play, and a beautiful new sitting area by a pond to watch sunrises and sunsets. There is a washer/dryer for you to use as well. You have one parking spot available for your stay. If you have additional cars, the HOA charges an extra $20 for the length of your stay per vehicle. NO PETS are allowed at this rental, sorry for any inconvenience.
