Summary: Large and inviting home in walking distance to the slopes, w/separate apartment, hot tub, sauna, steam showers & breathtaking views! One well behaved dog allowed w/additional pet fee. Parking for 6 vehicles, 2 in garage. The Space: Let this well appointed 6BD/6.5BA Mt. Crested Butte home be the foundation for your next unforgettable Crested Butte experience! The house is located within 5 minutes walking distance to the base area and free shuttle bus to the town of Crested Butte. It's so close you can easily walk home to have lunch on the warm sunny deck before you head back out for more laps on the mountain. Soak in the hot tub, rejuvenate in the sauna or curl up by the large stone fireplace after a day of exploration and fun in the mountains. There is a separate 1 BD/1 BA apartment above the garage that is included with the rental of the house. The entry level of the home has three bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have two twin beds each and the other has a twin/queen bunk bed. A separate entertainment area on this level has a TV and large sofa for lounging which creates this the perfect spot for kids of any age to hang out. The large hot tub is also located on this level. You'll also find the wine cellar on this level. Although not stocked, it is the perfect place to store any wine that you may have shipped here or may bring with you to enjoy. On the main floor there is one bedroom with a Queen bed and bathroom. The oversized bathroom has a steam shower. The expansive, vaulted living room and fully stocked chef's kitchen are also located on this level. The spacious gourmet kitchen has Bosch and Viking appliances, granite countertops, 2 dishwashers and is fully stocked with all the cooking and serving dishes you may need. There is ample room for all convene at the dining table for family style meals. The large leather sofa comfortably seats up to 8 adults. This room also offers a beautiful stone, gas fireplace and comfortable seating which makes it unbelievably cozy year around. The large west facing deck just off of the living space has a grill, table and seating for eight creating a place for a meal with an incredible view! Sunset, anyone? The primary suite is on the 3rd floor. The bedroom has a king bed and the primary bath includes a large jacuzzi tub and a separate steam shower. An apartment above the garage fits an additional 3 people and features a bedroom with a queen bed and a double pull out couch in the living room. There is a full bath, kitchenette, dining table and TV. Main House sleeps 11 comfortably. With the additional garage apartment, this house sleeps 14. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property. Bedroom as follows: \[1\] Master Bedroom King (3rd floor), \[2\] Junior Master Queen (2nd floor/main living area), \[3\] One bunk bed with the bottom a Queen and top a Twin, \[4\] 2 Twins, \[5\] 2 Twins (all on first floor) The apartment has \[1\] Queen in the bedroom and (1) sofa bed size double. \*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is in the digital guestbook. PARKING: There is room for 6 cars. There are 2 parking spots inside the garage and 4 spots outside the garage. Absolutely no parking in the shared cul-de-sac. LOCKER ACCESS: As a guest at 30 Treasury, you are allowed access to a ski locker located in the Dr. Moore building at the base area of Mt. Crested Butte. Details provided in the digital guestbook. All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights. This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking. Pet is NOT allowed on any furniture. Failure to comply with this request will result in a larger cleaning fee. Smart TV's w/streaming only available at the property. We had a group of 7 guys in their 40's who wanted to get away from the grind and experience all Colorado had to offer. The house is clean, spacious, and fantastic. We had plenty of room in the house, we were all very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We made breakfasts and dinners in the home and didn't need anything. We saw lots of wildlife right next to the house. We spent our days hiking, ATV-ing, and hitting up downtown Crested Butte for delicious food and drinks. The check out process was super easy, too. Just turn on the dishwasher, put the trash in the bin, and lock up. This was a welcome change from lots of properties that require you to practically scrub the house before you go. All in all, a great house in one of the best cities in the Rockies. Highly recommended! ##### Jason H. My husband, two children, and my parents truly enjoyed our stay in this home! It's a 10 min walk to the ski lift. We valeted our skis near the lift (a free service to us since we rented through the Epic website) and there were lockers available for rent to hold our shoes for while we skied. The kids loved using the sled in the garage to go down the small hill right outside the house. The home was very clean with plenty of towels. The fireplace was lovely and we cooked all our meals at home in the well-stocked kitchen. The layout of the home was perfect to accommodate our family of four and the grandparents. Plenty of room for all of us. The amazing views, heated floors, fireplace, and private hot tub was a bonus! The only downside was having to stop at an office outside of town to pick up and return the keys. A lockbox with the key would have been much more convenient. Lots of twin beds which is great as everyone gets to sleep alone. The house was very nice with beautiful views. Walking to the lift was easy in the morning. Would highly recommend. ##### Brian C. We were a group of 6 couples (away for the long weekend without kids!) and we each said the property couldn’t have been better. We each had our own room and bathroom (important!). The location has to be the best available and the views couldn’t have been more amazing! The hot tub and sauna were fantastic. The house was only a short and easy stroll to ski or shop or catch the bus to Elk Ave. The property management company was extremely flexible, helpful and easy to work with. This house was perfect for the bachelor party I was hosting in the mountains. The rooms have a lot of twin beds, so this was nice because it enabled our big group not to have to share beds. The house was clean when we arrived, and the hot tub was a lot of fun. Crested Butte was a really fun time to hang out in, and the views from the deck were amazing. ##### Marc L.
