Enjoy one of the best possible views of Washington Gulch and the West Elk Mountains with windows in the living room and two bedrooms. The unit has a beautifully renovated kitchen with new oven and stove, granite counter tops, and new cabinets. All new flooring was installed in the Fall of 2020\. Two new Smart TVs installed in August 2022\. A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive rock, wood-burning fireplace. The bedrooms are spacious, each with large wardrobes. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. It is located a few feet from the fully stocked wood shed for easy firewood access and just one floor above the guest laundry facilities, sauna, and seasonal hot tub. NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season! Check-in instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your reservation! Please check your junk mail folder. The Paradise building entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access P-204. There are two parking spaces available for guests. Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires. Paradise Building Bedroom One: 1 Queen Bedroom Two: 1 King Bedroom Three: 2 Twins, 1 Twin-above-Full Bunk 2 Bathrooms Sleeps up to 8 people Full Kitchen 1490 Square Feet Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes! Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay! The only downside is that the bed in the master bedroom is past its prime - I docked one star for that. Fortunately, it didn't impact our visit too much as there were more beds than our group needed, so I moved to a bed in the bunk room while my wife slept in the center of the master bed where it still offered some support.Otherwise the condo was comfortable, convenient and quiet - we really loved being able to do a bunch of rides from the front door. ##### Jon G. The place was spotless and we didn't want for anything while we were there. There was plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 kids to spread out and be comfortable. It was a bit weird to have an indoor hot tub (was weirdly muggy), but really - 1st world problems. The drivers were incredible to visit with and so helpful! Christine answered all our questions at anytime of the day! The only issue we had was our TX car didn't like the ice/snow. You MUST have 4 wheel drive if visiting during winter/ice, etc. This condo and it's family story is awesome, we felt like we were at home. The condo is stocked well all you need in the kitchen. I appreciate the fact that basic seasonings etc were left in the condo. Thank you to the Daves family for sharing a slice of your piece of heaven. Reviewer Comments: Check in upon arrival was very simple; the woman who assisted us throughout our stay was great. This is the perfect place to stay in Crested Butte if you are planning on skiing - you can literally walk out the door, strap on your sticks and ski down to the West Wall lift...and also ski right back into the parking lot. This made it super easy to come back for a lunch break, since you aren't able to warm up indoors most places due to COVID. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. We utilized the San Moritz shuttle throughout our stay which was also very convenient. We would definitely stay in here in the future. ##### Kristine K. The ski in / out is a bit tough for the Type 1 skier, but you can call the shuttle for a free ride to and from the slopes to avoid that. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Paradise 204\. The layout of the condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. The furniture in the living room is pretty worn, but the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the amount of stairs going in and out of the condo, and while this unit is ski on/ski off this building is the furthest from the slopes so it was a good walk to get to the point where you could put your skis on.
