This third floor unit sleeps 4: \-Sleeping Arrangements: King Bed, Murphy Bed (king) \-Full Bathroom \-Room Features: kitchen, mini fridge, burner, dishwasher and microwave. \-Location: Room location on the 3rd floor in the East Building, Less than 5 minute walk to Crested Butte Mountain Resort \-Amenities: Wi-Fi, ski storage, ski shuttle, fitness center, pools, hot tub Listed with @BookTraverse The Space: The Grand Lodge Overview 3-star property of individually owned condos. There is no longer a front desk at the Grand Lodge but we are readily available to respond to our guests! Pros \+ Prime Location: Less than an 5-minute walk to the base of the ski resort, passing by a coffee shop and restaurants. \+ Great Amenities: Indoor/outdoor pool and large hot tub—clean and well-maintained. \+ Large steam room for post-ski relaxation. \+ Free Parking: Each room comes with one parking pass for outdoor parking. \+ Convenient Mini Kitchens: Every room is equipped with a mini kitchen, perfect for snacks. The Neighborhood: We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries. The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away! Getting Around: Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer! Other Things to Note: License number 306562 This property is NOT pet friendly. This property does not have air conditioning. Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100\. \-Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets on the 3rd floor.
