Dog Friendly, Mtn Views, Fireplace Short-Term Rental License: 305648 Keystone-302 is beautifully renovated and redecorated. It is a perfect place to retreat with family and friends. Well-equipped and open to the living space, the kitchen is a great spot to enjoy company. The warm and inviting living room has plenty of comfortable, deep seating. Enjoy the views of the mountains or a burning fire in the stone, wood-burning fireplace. Each of the bedrooms is spacious, and all have new beds, bedding, and mattresses. Downstairs, there is a lovely master bedroom with a king bed that was custom made in Crested Butte. This bedroom also has a TV. The second king bedroom features a bed that has a cowhide headboard and turquoise bed posts, also made locally – giving it a unique Crested Butte flair. The third bedroom downstairs has two twin beds. The upstairs area has a bedroom with two twin beds, and the loft has two queen beds, which also includes a TV nook and club chairs. Getting out the door to ski is quick and simple, this condo is on the mountain side within the Keystone complex, making it an easy ski down to the West Wall lift. NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season! Check-in instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your reservation! Please check your junk mail folder. There is one flight of stairs to access K-302. There are two parking spaces available for guests. Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires. Keystone Building Bedroom One: 1 King Bedroom Two: 1 King Bedroom Three: 2 Twins Loft Center: 2 Queens Loft Bedroom: 2 Twins 3 Bathrooms Sleeps up to 12 people Full Kitchen 1980 Square Feet Dog Friendly Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog. Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo. Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning. The Keystone building has great ski-in/out access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is by the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes! At the end of the day, just ski down back to the building. On-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. Each building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. I gave the property general condition a 4star only because we would like to see an upgrade in the cookware such as the nonstick skillets, stock/pasta pots; a nice of set of stainless steel cookware would be awesome. The Teflon skillets Were worn out way beyond use and the aluminum pots were warped and needing replaced.We love this area of the mountain and hope to continue our family reunion here for years to come. The office staff is great AND always So accommodating. Our condo is always very clean and ready for our move in. Thank you for accommodating our family pet as well!!! The kitchen works great for making family dinners and there were suitable cooking utensils. Convenient parking for the unit. It is an easy walk to the CB Resort. I’d recommend this place to anyone. With 8 adults, I feared the condo might be a little tight, but it was perfect and utilized space really well. The ultimate highlight was the fact that we were 20 steps from the slopes and a 20 second ski down to a lift that accessed blues and greens. It is indeed a true ski-in-ski-out. We tend to ski different mountains every year, but if we’re ever in CB again, we know where we’ll want to stay. Thanks for making it a great trip! ##### Carly H. Views are incredible, location is perfect for exploring Mt Crested, extremely comfortable beds/furniture. We had a small mix up with keys at the start, quickly rectified by onsite manager. We had a leaky shower head, fixed within an hour with a new shower head. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend for families/groups of friends/dogs. ##### William C. The condo was clean but lacked certain amenities that would have made the stay better. Most of the pots and pans are old and should be updated. We also thought it would be nice to have chairs on the porch area since the view is beautiful.
