Summary: 3BD house, pet friendly, deck w/amazing views!! Parking for 4 vehicles. The Space: Attention to detail and amenities define this well appointed home away from home! Enjoy easy access to the slopes with the free on demand van service and biking and hiking trails from this convenient Mt CB location. Enter through the spacious mudroom where you can leave all of your gear. All three bedrooms and two full baths occupy the ground floor. The primary suite w/a queen bed and full ensuite bath, the second guest room with a queen bed and the third guest room, with a twin XL over full bunk bed as well as the second full bathroom w/bathtub are all on the ground floor. The washer/dryer is located in a closet on the ground floor as well. Upstairs you'll discover a lovely private deck to your left as you ascend the stairs. To the right you'll find a TV nook with a twin daybed which makes a perfect place for kids to watch a show without disturbing the main living space. The powder room is adjacent to this area. The main living space is so inviting with expansive views to the west, a cozy wood stove, TV and extremely inviting couches to sink into after a long day cavorting in the mountains. The open floor plan of the living space really creates a lovely ambiance in this property. The dining table has seating for 8\. The kitchen is really beautifully stocked. Every small appliance you could ever need while on vacation has been provided! A drip, keurig, and french press have been provided as well as a blender, instapot, crockpot, and waffle maker. The spice drawer is full and triple filtered water is on tap at the sink. This kitchen is ready for culinary action! Additional features-include a stroller, pack n play, booster seat, games and toys for kids. All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival. All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights. Please note that our company does require you to e-sign our rental policy which will be emailed to you after your booking comes in. If you would like to see this prior to your booking, please don't hesitate to ask. Guests 30 years or older are welcome to book this property. Note, not all guests need to be 30 or older. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out. This property allows 4 vehicles. One clarification: it is a pet free property as far as guests go but the owners have a dog (at least as seen in framed family pictures) and there is small amount of dog hair on the carpet etc, saying this mostly as a disclaimer for anyone with pet allergies! It's clear the owners spend time here because it feels like a home, not just a rental. The location is perfect: great access to skiing and trails and also so tranquil in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. We had one small issue with a malfunctioning coffee maker. Two comments about the property that we all noticed were a bit of an inconvenience. 1) The height of the bathroom sinks/vanities/toilets. We were all adults of varying heights, but no one shorter than "four feet". Rather unusual to have such low fixtures in bathrooms these days. The shower(s) were wonderful and everyone commented on them. 2) The steepness of the stairs leading up to the living area. Two members of my family tripped and fell up (on the third circular stair which was difficult to maneuver when carrying things up) and one member slipped on that same stair when descending. Also, perhaps putting a note on your website page that anyone with knee/walking difficulties should perhaps not rent this property as these stairs were quite a problem for both us, and visiting family members. Quite a topic of conversation by all. Can't say enough good things about employees Christina and Rebecca. With each issue that arose, they were both very prompt in responding to my calls/texts. Issues centered around the lack of Internet, and the fact that there were no bins for the recycle items. This property is extremely well kept, clean and very close to Mt. Crested Butte. The shuttle stop is a short 2 min walk and runs on the 1/2 hour.
