Amazing mountain and town views, 5+ bedrooms (3 king rooms, 1 queen room, 1 double XL twin room, plus two XL twin bunk beds), 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, modern kitchen with Wolf range, Bosch dishwasher, Bespoke refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, wet bar, hot tub, large deck with two outdoor dining tables, outdoor gas grill, WiFi, huge smart TV, large laundry room with oversized washer and dryer, mudroom, loads of parking and storage. Fantastic views, both day and night: mountains, valleys, and all of the stars in the sky!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Crested Butte. The house was super cool, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and clearly well cared for. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, which made the whole experience seamless.One of the highlights was relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful sunsets-absolutely unforgettable. And Larry the fox made regular appearances, which added a fun and memorable touch to our ski vacation. First Tracks was incredible, and overall we had a great trip. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Property was amazing - gorgeous mountain home offered an excellent stay! A few notes: -Could have used more toilet paper during stay. A large shipment was dropped off, but it arrived after our initial supply ran out.-With a large group, daily bagged trash accumulated faster than pick-ups could relieve. Trash was bagged and placed appropriately, but unfortunately all trash bags were not able to be picked up by our final day. (Some bags had to be left near the full can.)

Upscale chalet vibes!

Even better in person and fully stocked kitchen! The views are stunning, the A frame is so cozy, yet incredibly spacious. It was the perfect place for our needs for a big group of adults wanting separate spaces. It was quiet and to top it off we were greeted by a friendly fox each evening!

Beautiful view from the upstairs deck! Lots of room for entire family. Everything you need in the kitchen if planning on cooking at home. House manager was great to work with and communication was always timely and very easy! We had a great time!

Crested Butte July 2024

My family had a fantastic vacation in Crested Butte. The house was great for our group of 7 adults and 2 small children. Loved drinking coffee on the deck in the morning, watching the sun rise of the mountains. Every morning we got to watch a mother deer and her two fawns exploring the open field below the deck or playing in the yard, very special for my grandkids, Walking distance to a beautiful park and tennis court, base area of the mountain. Town of Crested Butte has very good restaurants (our favorites were Frank's and Yuki Hana), fun parks for the kids, easy access to lots of hikes. Christina was a great host, quickly resolved the one issue we had that the house didn't have a Pack-n-Play for my infant grandson. Strong recommendation for CB and this house for family vacation.

Perfect Family Location

Taking a trip with 3 families can be challenging but this location was perfect for 6 adults and 4 children (8-12 years old). Three king size beds were super comfortable for 3 couples and the sleeping layout for kids was perfect. Location to Crested Butte Mountain was ideal. All we had to do was call “first tracks” and they would come pick us up! We didn’t have to deal with parking! Home was well stocked with paper products and kitchen was fully set up! View of the area was spectacular and kids were able to sled down hills! Would love to return in the summer!!!

Cinnamon Road 2023-2024

The extended family has been taking ski trips this time of year for many years. This property was better than expected, the location, and all the amenities were superb! The information binder left by the owner gave great insights on getting around the mountain and town. The house has been nicely renovated and updated while keeping the cozy mountain house feel.
