Access to communal hot tub, tennis courts and slopes close by! One car garage provides secure storage for bikes and gear. Parking for 2 vehicles. The Space: This one story condo is located on the 2nd floor which requires ascending one flight of stairs. Tastefully renovated and appointed, this is a wonderful property to call home for a few days or a few weeks. Upon walking in, you will find yourself in the open concept living area. Off both the dining and living areas you have sliding glass doors to a deck to enjoy views of Mt. Crested Butte. There is a smart tv &an electric fireplace for additional ambiance and warmth. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and new appliances to enjoy. A shared full bathroom is located across from the kitchen area for two of the three guest rooms. A guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another with a bunk bed (twin over twin) are located down the hall. Across from the bunk bedroom you will find a full size washer and dryer for your use. Beyond these rooms, is the primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a small deck located off of the primary suite. The free shuttle to the base area stops every 20 minutes in front of the A building of the Outrun Condos parking lot in the winter. There is a private garage for gear/bike storage and you will have parking passes for 2 cars in the lot. Trailers and RV's also unfortunately cannot be accommodated here. The hot tub is one of the few in the area that is open year round for guest use. There is also a private tennis court that is open seasonally on the property. There is a grill at the hot tub area for your use as well. All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival. Guests 25 and older or children with their parent(s) or guardian(s) are welcome. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property. Our company does request that you sign a separate rental policy upon booking. If you would like to see this prior to booking, please ask and I'd be happy to email it to you. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the property. This property is not pet friendly. Town of Mt CB STR license - STR#311196 For emergency contact/Local Representative contact information, go to the Town of Mt. Crested Butte website and navigate to the Short-Term Rental page. Parking for Outrun Condominiums - No more than two motor vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Out Run Condominiums for each condominium unit (rental or non-rental,) without the prior written permission of the Board of Directors. No motor vehicle shall remain parked upon the property of the Out Run Condominiums unless the same is in good working condition and used for actual transportation, and in no event may vehicles of any nature be parked in the parking area for more than two weeks continuously without the permission of the Board of Directors or Managing Agent. Following any substantial snowfall, all owners of motor vehicles shall, upon request, remove the same from the parking area during snow removal operations. Anyone having extra vehicles must check with the management office to determine where to park the extra vehicle. Non-compliance with any of the motor vehicle regulations may subject the offending vehicle to towing at the owner’s expense. No trailer parking is available. Guest Access: Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST. The Neighborhood: The Outrun Condos are located just north of the Three Seasons and Chateaux complexes. They have an outside community hot tub and all units have garages. You could walk to the base area in about 10 min but you can easily take the shuttle that stops just outside the Aspen bldg parking lot. The unit is one level once you ascend the entry stairs. It is a convenient location for hiking/biking in the Crested Butte area. We especially appreciated thelarge open living/dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer (laundry products supplied), and that the condo has a private garage for storing our bikes. The location is great - just a few steps to the free shuttle to the ski area. Great sized garage with plenty of space for a vehicle and ski storage. Clean, roomy, well kept, and perfectly situated for mountain adventures. We come to Crested Butte regularly and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Highly recommend. ##### Ben D.
