The reports about the dishwasher and dryer not working in 2022 are still tru in 2023. I was assured they were working. They were not. The rugs are FILTHY. The coffee pot was so dirty that I call the rep for Vacasa and she was very quick to respond and get a hew Mr. Coffee over. The house is a fine rental house with the exception of the above problems. I know replacing appliances in a small town in Colorado might be difficult but not impossible. Obviously the owner does not really care if his property has return renters. It was very frustrating not to be able to dry clothes and the carpet was gross.

Old, tired and in desperate need of updates.
Nice property on outside but open the door and find stained carpeting, a very old kitchen with broken dishwasher. Bathrooms were very dated and the mattresses were cheap.

Problems. Dryer and dishwasher don’t work.
Horrible experience. Property not ready until an hour and a half after check-in time. Dishwasher out of order. Dryer did not work so I had wet clothes everywhere. Could not get garage door entry code to work. Dated appliances from th1980s! Mattress in master was hard. There is a ladder to a loft that is unstable and secured with lamp cord. So unprofessional. Still trying to work with local property manager for reasonable compensation. They have not been very helpful. This owner and property manager need to work on this property if they want to bring this up to standards. The location is beautiful but this property put a damper on my trip.

Not clean, no communication
Upon arriving at the property on Sunday evening, the property was unclean and had not had any cleaning or laundry completed. After being placed on hold for over 3 hours by VCASA, I was unable to communicate with them. At 1 AM, I reached out to VRBO and opened a case. We went ahead and made other arrangements for our guests and did not hear back from VRBO until Tuesday midday. My expectation is a 100% refund.

Aweful!
I have stayed at a lot of rental properties while vacationing, and I understand that none of them come without any issues. However, I have never complained before and have never had an experience like this. 1. The ladder to the loft was VERY unsteady and my daughter almost fell as the entire ladder tipped back while she was at the top. It is tied to the railing with an electric cord. 2. The downstairs shower is VERY dirty with lots of mildew and dirt. 3. The bath rag from the downstairs bathroom that was laid out was brown and dirty on the back which my mother only realized just before she used it to dry her face. 4. The 2nd floor toilet was leaking (from the base, not the bowl) all over the floor and my husband had to fix it. 5. The oven was disgusting and filthy. 6. The panini maker was full of crusted food. 7. The washing machine was filled with dirty towels and rags, and the dryer was full of clean sheets and towels. 8. The TV was not working and we called 3 times and no one could help us get it to work. Finally, the evening before we left, someone called and offered to come look at it. 9. There is no booklet with discharge instructions, so we do not know what needs to be done for discharge. 10. There were outlets that were not working. I have attached pictures of what I could for reference. Like I said, I have never complained before, but this was on another whole level.

Nice Property easy 10 min drive to base
Nice property but dated. Couple things didn’t work but nothing major. Master bed is not comfortable. Easy drive to base of mountain and Clarks is a nice close grocery store. Would return if ownership would invest a little bit.

Great place at a fair price
Awesome overall. Like the individual area heaters. Only question was that the road address they provide isn't on google and Vacasa didn't have a turn by turn navigation so had to figure out exactly where it was

Large 3 Level condo with splended views.
The propery was easy to get to, just a minut off of the main highway and only 10 mins outside of crested butt. This cosy property provided every eminity we needed for our stay. It has a spraling main level with open dining/living/kitchen area with a nice fireplace. The biggest down side and really the only reason it lost a star is the beds are not comfortable at all.
