We were a party of 5 and the size of this place was perfect. There are stairs to get up to the living space, so important to know for those with limited mobility. The kitchen was large and well stocked for groups who plan to cook during their stay. It is an upper level apartment so gets a bit warm. Basic soaps didn't include shampoo and conditioner but did include body wash. The "couch" in one of the bedrooms was a loveseat so couldn't be used to sleep on but 1 of the kids were happy to make a pallet on the floor with the comforters supplied.
