"Property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked as was the whole place. Beds were very comfortable. Loved that there were warm soft blankets to use while sitting on the comfortable living room furniture. Harold & Ida were friendly & welcoming. They were lovely to talk to & gave us many tips about things to do in Fairbanks. Outside area was well kept & a great place to hang out. A beautiful overall rental. I highly recommend. "

"The hotel is located in downtown. It's right along the river.They had a nice river walk. It was close to shopping and a lot of places to walk and get food. There's a barbecue place right around the corner and an ice cream truck in the parking lot across the street from the barbecue place that stays open until 10 PM. The staff there always greeted us when we came in. Asked if we were having a good day, if we needed anything. Very friendly, nice. Our hotel room was clean. I felt very secure there. You have to use a key card to get into the building and also in order to use the elevator to go up to your floor. Enjoyed my stay "
