"The house is cute , clean and nice quiet location. Check in was easy Had everything we needed for the weekend .Nice dock on the water for a boat , swimming, fishing and ect . We enjoyed our stay and would book again .If you have elderly it does have over 100 steps to the water . "

"Spent the long 4th of July weekend here. Ricky was the best host. I had many questions leading up to check in and he was very responsive. The house is beautiful and well quipped! Location is great! The neighbor allowing us to use their drive way to get to the dock was a life saver and their fireworks show was lit! Highly recommend this house!"

"Property was great and house was awesome! Couches were really comfortable and the full kitchen was really helpful. Great location right off Smith Lake and even had some kayaks to use (we appreciated the life jackets as well). Only recommendation I would have to make it better would be to add a pier so you don't have to deal with getting mud everywhere when getting kayaks in the lake! "
