Super clean! New carpet in our room. Would have preferred mountain view. Trains were super noisy, but did eventually stop. Just wish there was breakfast included.

Best hotel to stay in Cranbrook. Good food and helpful staff, clean, nice and comfortable. only downside if you're needing to walk it’s hard to get places and there is no sidewalk on that side or cross walk close right on the highway.

The property was clean but very tired if you are looking for somewhere quiet the location of this hotel near the highway and railway line should be considered.
I chose the hotel for the pool but it was not very warm so we were disappointed.

Very comfortable room. Our dog was with us, and our room was on the main floor very close to the front door, which was great.
Staff was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again

Convenient, clean, accommodating of our request for a quieter room if possible (travelling with our 2yr. old). Only thing: the swimming pool room, pool itself & waterslide - though really nice, clean & fun - was uncomfortably cold.

Check in was great fast and easy it was inconvenient the vending machine didn’t work but then the restaurant was great and stayed open a few mins for us to get us juice late in the evening. The lady was really helpful and friendly.
All good but...I have an issue with the incredibly slow internet! It took at least 10 minutes just to get a secure connection...not really too good by today's standards.
Also we were given a room with the view of a warehouse wall about 25 feet away. After multiple stays here I would have expected better. I suppose loyalty doesn't buy much these days...
hotel did not have a free breakfast and the food that was available was limited and expensive.
