"I booked this room specifically because it said it had a pool. So disappointed to go down to the pool in the am to find it closed- a crew working on the slide and no towels in sight. Very disappointing"

"The room was not cleaned well, sheets and pillow cases were stained, bathroom and living area was disgusting, the tv was to dim to even watch even with increasing the brightness. The smell of marijuana was all over the place, when walking to the desk I heard employees cursing and yell from the laundry room. The whole stay was terrible and I will never be back"

"To begin with the refrigerator did not work, we had food in it and the light was on but it did not keep food cold. It was lukewarm. The food was thrown out needless to say. The heater did not work . It was somehow set at 65. I was able to set it for 70 but the heat never came on. The phone was dead. There was no sound. The was only one roll of tp in the room. With no extra to be found. The elevator did not work on a consistent basis. We were locked in and another guest figured out how to open it. Last but not least several children were running and screaming up and down the hallway and slamming doors. This went on for hours. Finally I called the desk from my phone and asked for them to check out the situation. They did not finally at 10:45 pm I packed up and headed to the desk to complain and leave. I ended up driving home 2 hours away. ( My son had to leave after the first night to return to work). I had a medical procedure done and was supposed to rest until the next afternoon. The response from the manager was a 10% discount. Never again would I consider staying at any suggested hotels!"

"Overall the cleanliness of this location is going downhill from when they opened. I stay here frequently. I found used sheets on the pullout and our room smelled of dog urine that they'd tired to mask. The water dispenser in the fitness room wasn't working either."

First day, no one did anything. My husband second day notified them and the glass the third day was still there. I personally picked up big pieces"
