"Overall, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was a nice spread, and the staff was definitely very attentive during that time. We did not have to wait for check-in. It all went very quickly. The worst part of the whole stay was valet. You have the option between valet for $40 a night or parking down the street for $13. We chose to valet and although we were told it would be 20 minutes to get our car, it was more like twice that. The valet was either understaffed or extremely disorganized. This made us miss our reservations and almost missed a tour PNC Park."
