Unwind at this cozy, newly remodeled riverfront cabin, perfect for a peaceful family getaway. Enjoy fishing, kayaking (2 provided), grilling on a Weber, and relaxing by the bonfire. This 1BR, 1BA retreat sleeps 4 with a pull-out couch. Nestled on an island between two parks, it’s a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. Only 50 miles from Chicago, it’s an ideal escape. Need more space? Book the adjoining property "Riverfront Oasis" that holds up to 8 more guests!  
  
1 bedroom house with gorgeous views of the Kankakee River. The house sits on the river just steps away from Conrad and the Island Park. Enjoy watching the wildlife & the river from the large deck or from the hammock near the bank. Completely renovated house with all the amenities of home.  
Walk to local restaurants, coffee & popcorn shops and wine bar.  
Conveniently located 50 miles from downtown Chicago.  
  
Enjoy s’mores in the outdoor fire pit or throw some burgers on the Weber grill.  
2 kayaks, life jackets, Corn Hole, Ladder ball and Croquet are at your disposal.  
Fish for Northern, Catfish, Bass and Carp right off the bank in the backyard.  
Catch a glimpse of our resident wildlife- Bald Eagles, Osprey, Ducks, Geese, Blue Heron, and turtles just to name a few.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
