"The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Wallpaper in bathroom is peeling. I think the property outside needs attention. Trees in front are growing into windows, screen on window torn…There is no breakfast unless you pay additional money. We had omelets which were fair, English muffin barely toasted, toast over toasted. Coffee tasted like dishwater. There was an empty bottle of soap in the shower (which I found out after I was already in the shower). There was no toilet paper in the bathroom off the lobby. I probably would not stay here again. "

"A great stay. Clean, convenient parking, great views and excellent housekeeping. Love the free coffee and teas in the lounge each morning. We also made use of the waterbottle filling station. Their restaurant Tickets was excellent. Shout out to Vanessa and Ava!"

"The place is old and the room smelled. The carpet is very old and smells. The breakfast was basic bottom of the items. Walls are paper thin. Not going back."

"Hotel was very clean with good mattress! Super comfortable and the breakfast was well worth the nominal extra cost. The bar even had a Jazz ensemble on Saturday nite and they were excellent! Very unexpected to have entertainment! Would stay here again!"

"Nice sized room with a sofa that was a great touch. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Keurig in the room, which was a great feature as I was there for 4 nights. The evening staff was very kind. I was there while I was working night shift so I didn’t interact with the day shift staff often, so I cannot comment on their helpfulness. It is a quiet location, right next to an interstate on ramp so getting places was simple. The only downside is that the hotel is dated and a bit run down on the floors and in the room. That is a minor downside as everything is in working condition and available. Overall it was the best lodging that I had while working in Providence. I had been using Airbnb, which was so awful that I have completely sworn off that platform for life. So thank you, Holiday Inn for salvaging my experience. "
