Chez Goret Gites - Gite Skippy Couples only

Gite Skippy is a self-catering villa that has one bedroom, one bathroom, and outdoor pool that can accommodate two people.

- One bedroom with a double bed
- One ensuite with bathroom double rain and massage showers and his and hers art deco washbasins
- Fully equipped kitchen (a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher)
- Two televisions with all the English channels and Internet access
- Pool use is shared with other two gites (Pool can be booked for exclusive use for an extra supplement please enquire) - pool is open from end of May until mid October - weather permitting
- Private indoor jacuzzi spa accessible from both the pool area and bedroom (it must be booked in advance at time of booking, there will be an extra supplement to pay if you wish to use the jacuzzi during your stay).
- Private sunny terrace with sun loungers and patio table and chairs
- Sitting room provides panoramic countryside and pool views
- Free parking on the premises
- We generally say the gite is adult only - ideally for couples - however in certain situations this can be flexible, please enquire.

- If you are a group of four traveling together, we have another villa available - Gite Magic which could be rented at the same time and have your own separate accommodation but all on the same site.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property

-100 EUR security deposit payable upon arrival

General Liability
Due to the nature of our business, we can accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, death or damage, which might be incurred while staying on site at Gite Magic (Chez Goret).
The owner shall not be liable to the client; for any temporary defect or stoppage of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliance in the property, garden or swimming pool; for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owners; for any loss¸ damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, the owner shall, within seven days of notification to the client, refund the client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period.
Limit of Liability. Under no circumstances shall the owner’s liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period

Under no circumstances can there be any other occupants at the gite only those stated on the booking form are allowed to stay at the property booked, our grounds are for booked guests only.

We, the owners reserve the right to enter the property at a convenient/reasonable time to carry out any repairs deemed necessary. Please let us know as soon as possible if you should find anything which is not working.
