  • Relax with the whole family at your county getaway. Very peaceful and quiet summer or winter. Beautiful setting. Plenty of room for a large family or friend gathering. Screened in back porch overlooking fire pit. Very well stocked kitchen. Man-cave type garage included with rental open to pool area. No pets.

Fantastic time at the farm! Awesome Pool!

We had a great time staying here. We all loved the pool and spent quite a bit of time outside in it. Great place, extremely clean and owners were very nice, too!

Great place to relax

This place was exactly like the pictures and listing states. The pool was very nice, cleab, and a great place to cool off after a long day. The host was great and did anything and everything to help.

Country home, Quiet, Lots to do

We had a wonderful time at this home! Very clean and comfortable. It’s a big farm style house in the country. Very quiet and peaceful. Just corn and stars to keep you company. We had traveled with our kids and they had a blast playing outside and swimming. The host was very responsive and the pool was crystal clean. Large outdoor area was perfect for grilling and swimming, and we did a fire one evening and roasted hotdogs. Only 40 minutes to Adventureland, and lots to do in Ames. I also recommend Ledges State Park. We spent morning there exploring. We are already planning our next trip and would love to stay in this home again. PERFECT if you want to escape the city and don’t mind short drives to civilization.

Birthday celebration

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Clean, quiet and perfect to enjoy time with friends and family! Property so clean and owners so nice and responsive! We hope to be back next year again! The pool is so clean and perfect temperature. Thank you!

Birthday gathering

My friends and I rented this property and loved it! The house is super clean, as well as the pool! We grilled, swam, played games and had lots of laughs. There are several areas to sit and relax other than the pool too, including the screened in porch and the fire pit. A storm came through and it was awesome to sit on porch and watch! Loved that most rooms had a TV, and the garage was a great hideaway from the sun when needed. Such a beautiful getaway! We will be back for sure!!!

Wonderful

Myself and 5 friends stayed for our 8th annual girl's trip. We lived the pool. It was raining when we arrived and Corky was at the house monitoring the pool. She gave us a heads up on our way in as the storms were strong. The weather was beautiful the rest of our trip. They were very nice and quick to respond to our questions. At one point we ran out of propane in the grill, but John brought more to us. We spent most of our time in the pool. It was beautiful. John turned the heater on the first day for us and it was perfect. The next day was too warm for the heater, but still so nice. Everything was clean and lots of seating inside and out. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.
