The staff is soooo friendly..the beds were the most comfortable weve experienced at a hotel. Room service is excellent...highly highly recommend..you wont be disappointed!

Overall, very pleased with the property. Our room was spacious and comfortable, it was in a great location, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Only complaint was the floors in the room had rubber marks all over and the mini-fridge was not usable.

Exceeded expectations -and so close to walk across the street to the Segerstrom. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was kind and professional, the restaurant was great, and the grounds are beautiful. Will definitely be planning a return visit

It had such an elegance about the hotel. I loved the decor, and the outside scenery. Not only that, the workout room had a sauna! I loved that, along with running and walking outside around the beautiful lake in the back. It stands out as being such a gorgeous place of zen. The free art museum is also a plus to spend a bit of time just strolling and enjoying the area. I would absolutely recommend staying here. I love it.

The property is wonderful. The WiFi and TV were awful. I don’t care all that much about the tv, but getting work done was extremely difficult because the internet was so slow and constantly dropping. Even though I enjoyed everything else, I’m not sure if I would stay there again due to the issues with the WiFi.
