"Enjoyed a fun weekend celebrating a friend's birthday. We enjoyed the views and even had a picnic lunch on our balcony. Our room was comfortable, great beds & pillows, good A/C, and very clean. Lots of lovely hot water!
We dressed up for dinner at Metate. It was delicious -- though I miss the days of white tablecloths and cloth napkins. The Park sites were absolutely wonderful"

5/5 Excellent
"The standout feature of this hotel are.its breakfasts! A great variety for hungry hikers such as my husband. Esp the green chile stew homemade by the breakfast ladies!
Also appreciated that they took dogs, and the indoor pool & hot tub. I am disabled, so I appreciated the proximity of parking to our room. The beds were comfy.
I did have a problem with the disabled shower. While the enclosure was spacious, the toggle to switch the water from shower-head to the "hose" attachment was not only too high for me to reach, it was almost too high for my husband (standing on tiptoes with arms outstretched) to reach! There are shower setups where the toggle is located at the base of the fixture, and I strongly encourage this hotel chain (and all others) to get those!!! Also, no soap and no hairdryer in the room."
