Of course, none of this was mentioned when we booked the room. However, we were there at 11:30 pm so we called the number listed, but nobody answered. We could hear the phone ringing in the office and going straight to voicemail. We tride calling multiple times and waited till midnight to call Hotels.com. We ended up having to drive another hour to get into a different hotel. We still haven't been reimbursed for this reservation either.
