Located just a short walk from the beach. Enjoy the heated waterfront pool, fish from the dock, and relax watching the sunrise/sunsets from the balconies. Three of the bedrooms are king suites and the fourth bedroom has two sets of full bunk beds with twin trundle beds (6 beds total). A mini crib is in one of the king bedrooms. There is also a full size Murphy bed located in the living room. Supplied kitchen and houseware items: pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, microwave, measuring cups and spoons. We also supply bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bed linens, and pillows. A starter supply of dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and trash bags is supplied. Guests have access to the backyard commons area, pool, charcoal grill, and the boatslip. The first floor is the four car garage. The second floor consists of a king bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and full bathroom. The third floor consists of two king suites with attached bathrooms, as well as the bunk room with an attached bathroom. The laundry is also located on the third floor. Please ask about a long term stay discount. There is a recording doorbell camera located at the property for security purposes. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. We love the view of the water and the dock for fishing. The setup of the couch definitely need to be reconfigured, not a good setup for watching tv.
