This luxurious 3-bedroom, 2 full-bath, 2 half-bath waterfront condo spans nearly 2,000 square feet across three thoughtfully designed levels—perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking an elevated island escape.

Resort-Style Amenities: Enjoy your private heated pool overlooking the water—an exclusive escape to unwind after a day on the sand.  
Elegant Interiors: Featuring open-concept living, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and an island, designer chandeliers, and vinyl flooring that flows throughout.  
Comfort & Convenience: Three spacious bedrooms (including a tranquil upstairs primary suite with walk-in closet and duo bathroom), plus two stylish half baths—ensuring ample privacy and comfort.  
Modern Conveniences: Fully equipped kitchen (convection oven, ice maker, dishwasher), central HVAC, in-unit laundry, and covered carport with two parking spaces and additional guest parking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  
\-A two-night minimum stay is required.  
\-Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.  
\-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.  
\-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.  
\-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.  
\-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.  
  
CLEANING AND INSPECTION  
\-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.  
\-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.  
\-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.  
\-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

We are a family of 4, with kids age 8 and 4\. The house was amazing! We loved everything about it. Loved, how private the pool was. We didnt have any neighbors until our checkout date so it was pretty exclusive. Just minor details that needs attention. For example none of the doors besides the front door, locks. But it was safe while we were there, no one broke in lol there were roaches (4, to many, 2in) so we did go buy roach traps and layed them around the house. Also, we are a free pet household bc my kiddos are allergic, so it was a bit upsetting finding pet hair all over the couch and living room mat. Aside for all that it was truly amazing. Super safe and quite. 8 out of 10! We would definitely recommend and stay again.
