I highly recommend staying here. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and wanted to ensure we had an incredible stay. The condo was easy to locate and its location is in a nice quiet part of the island. The parking was ample, convenient and just a few steps from the front door. The condo was very clean and had so many thoughtful touches that other rentals do not have. There was laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs, trash bags and papertowels just to name a few. The things that most owners do not provide but make the trip so much more convenient. The bed was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was a crockpot and a nice coffee maker. Everything was very well thought out for someone coming to visit. Each bedroom had its own separate bathroom. There is an extra sleeper sofa as well. The property has a pool, hot tub, gazebo, several grills and a pond that we saw several people fishing at. Everyone we ran into was very nice and welcoming. The location of the condo is minutes from the beach. You could walk or drive. Everything is close to the condo including gas stations, shopping, restaurants, a grocery store and a Dollar General. We enjoyed driving on the beach as well as going to the National Park to ride horses on the beach. This was our first time staying in Texas and this will be our go to spot from now on! ##### Jessica P.
