Enjoy your Port A vacation relaxing on the long front porch with views of the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center and ship watching as they arrive and depart in the bay. Porch gate will keep small children and pets from wandering down the steps. A back deck has been added in March 2023 to capture the amazing sunsets. Take the family to the Port Aransas Community Park just a short walk away to enjoy the swimming pool, skate park, dog park and baseball field. Twelve Palms is located in town close to all the shopping, restaurants and bars in Port Aransas. Of course, enjoy all the relaxing after a fantastic day on the beach which is just a short drive by either car or rented golf cart.

Twelve Palms features 2 King size beds, 2 sets of twin size bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa with soft 100% cotton sheets, blankets and fluffy pillows provided for a good nights rest for the next day on the beach. Gather in the comfortable living area on the over-sized recliner, sofa, chair and ottoman for movies on 55" 4K flat screen TV. Dining room seats ten, 6 around the bright dining room table and 4 at the counter bar. Highchair and Pack and Play crib on site for small children.

Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove and microwave. All the necessities for preparing and serving meals are provided: pots and pans, cooking utensils, baking dishes, toaster, blender, mixer, bowls, plates, glasses, mugs and eating utensils. Dish towels, hot pads, paper towels, dish soap, dishwater packs and trash bags provided. Wake up your morning with a pot of fresh brewed coffee, complimentary packs of coffee, sugar and artificial sweetener provided, to enjoy the sunrise on the front deck. We just purchased a Cuisinart Combo Carafe & Single Serve Coffee Maker to please our guests that want to brew a pot of coffee or prefer one cup at a time. Please bring your own favorite coffee pods to enjoy during your stay.

Adults will be pleased to find two of the bedrooms at Twelve Palms have KING size beds! The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower and a two sink vanity. This relaxing room has a king size sleigh bed, nightstands, lamps and full dresser. Large closet to hang and store clothes and suitcases. Sink into a deep sleep after watching the late night show on the 32" TV.

The second master bedroom has a Boho vibe with a king size panel bed, night stands, lamps and chest of drawers. Direct access into the second bathroom with tub/shower combination. Want to watch something different on TV than the rest of the family, this room also has a 32". Large closet to store clothes and suitcases, bedding for the queen sleeper sofa in the living area are stored in this closet.

Kids will dream of mermaids, seahorses and starfish in the fun and colorful bunk room. Two sets of twin size bunks will sleep 4 and provide plenty of floor space to enjoy games. Chest of drawers and closet to stow bathing suits and shorts. High chair and Pack n Play are stored in this closet.

Who wants to cart home a load of wet and sandy clothes after a fabulous vacation on the Texas Coast? Full size washer and dryer is located in hallway closet to keep your clothes fresh. Towels and wash clothes are provided for 10 guests and starter packs of laundry soap provided if you need fresh linens during your stay. Beach sand is great but when you get tired of the gritty floor, a Shark vacuum and broom are stored on site.

Twelve Palms loves well behaved dogs and their owners that respect the opportunity to bring their pets on vacation. Size is not an issue but your pets need to non-aggressive and not allowed to run free in the neighborhood. I have provided a crate for small to medium sized dogs that measures 21" tall by 19" wide by 30" long. Large dogs are welcome, they are family too but please consider bringing a crate in the event they are anxious while the family is away. Food and water bowls are provided. The backyard is completely fenced to keep you pets safe and can be accessed through the backdoor off the master bedroom or a side gate.

Parking pad in the front of the palm lined home can accommodate 6 cars or 2 trucks with boats. Covered area measurements for left side: 27' Length x 11.5' Width x 100" Tall. Covered area measurements for right side: 27' Length x 12.5' Width x 100" Tall. Uncovered parking area is 44' long. Garage is not available for guests. Covered area under house is a great area to flip burgers or grill fresh caught shrimp on the grill provided while the rest of the family watch for ships from the balcony above. We just added a round picnic table in this covered area to give our family and yours more room to entertain.

Twelve Palms is very relaxing for couples that are looking to escape the cold winters to our north.
