We booked here to be close to the beach and the access point is definitely walkable, even with young kids. Everything was clean and orderly with enough bath towels and essential items in the kitchen for basic cooking. We loved the splash pad/pool directly outside the door, too. No noise issues during our stay and everyone was friendly and courteous. The property management was very responsive when the microwave kept tripping the breaker. They offered to send a maintenance team to work on it while we were at the beach. Our only disappointment was that the pirate ship playground slide was detached from the structure when we arrived with a caution cone and tape to keep kids off the area. The convenience of the pool right outside the door with little ones is so nice and the beach was in walking distance. The surrounding area was very quiet but if you need anything, it’s all very close. Our only complaint was we needed grilling utensils and had to run out while grilling (we assumed there was some in the kitchen after my husband started the coals).
