    As you step into the main living area on the third floor, you'll be greeted by an open concept floor plan designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The spacious living room features a cozy sectional sofa and a TV, creating the perfect setting for movie nights or casual gatherings. Adjacent to the living area is a dining space that comfortably seats six, complemented by a charming coffee bar, perfect for your morning brew.

Love the property especially after we found out it had a private elevator. Helps soooo much with luggage and coolers.

We had a very pleasant stay overall and would consider staying here again. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-suited to our needs. It was clear that care had been taken to make the space welcoming, and we enjoyed our time here.There were just a few minor issues that could be addressed. One of the TVs was cracked in the corner and not working during our stay. The hideabed couch could use a vacuuming, and we found some hair on the hideabed sheets when preparing the bed. The trundle bed also had a broken slat that may need repair. We also noticed that the oven could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We also found a small fryer basket on the patio. These were relatively small concerns and did not significantly impact our visit. Overall, the property was comfortable and we had an enjoyable experience. With a few minor maintenance and housekeeping updates, it would be even better.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. It’s a very busy area, so it’s ideal if you enjoy being in the middle of the action. The elevator was a lifesaver for hauling up groceries and luggage, and we really enjoyed the view from the crow’s nest as well as the pool area. The bedroom with the pull-out sofa was a little smaller than we expected, and my adult nephew mentioned that the sofa bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable. We brought our two dogs and were so grateful that the property was dog-friendly! However, there wasn’t a convenient grassy or designated potty area nearby, so we ended up walking down the block for potty breaks. A hook by the entrance for leashes and car keys would also be a nice addition. In the garage, there’s a hose with a spray attachment mounted to the wall for use as an outdoor shower. Having a separate, unattached hose available would be helpful for rinsing off dogs and beach gear after a day at the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and my family was very happy with the location. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient spot close to the beach and all the activity!
