The complex offers you access to the incredible pool area complete with hot tub and outdoor shower, beautiful views of palm trees and scenic landscaping and on site laundry facility. You're only 0.5 miles away from Port Aransas beach and the South Jetty. The kitchen is furnished with high-end countertops, fridge, oven, microwave, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. (\*No dishwasher) There is a table for two to enjoy your meals. Get a good night's rest in the King bed, watch TV from the bed, couch (which converts to a Queen sleeper) or accent chair. Make use of the bench and rack for hanging your beach attire. Freshen up in the full bath with separate vanity and tile shower with glass door. The condo is super clean otherwise. It’s a basic bnb with a small tv fully equipped kitchen minus a dishwasher!! The unit's updates were well done, and the bed was comfortable. The walk to the beach was relatively easy, and there are some cute restaurants very close to the unit. The pool was sufficient.
