The smell coming out of the kitchen, especially from the lower cabinet by the fridge, is unbearable. It smells like mold. The kitchen was missing many cooking appliances. I have been vacationing in Port A for many years, and this was one of my worst vacation rentals. I am sorry, but the place is not worth the money. There was another property that was the same price we stayed in a month or two before that was much better all around. This house is just overall dated. Last beach house we stayed at was in the middle of town and was busy and crazy but this one was away from everything in a quiet neighborhood yet was not far away at all. It was very clean and welcoming and a straight shot down the road to the beach. I loved the beach toys they had, was great for the kids, and the pool toys they provided. They supplied us with detergent for laundry, which was a plus especially for us moms, and a few extra things for hygiene. Stairs had me a little iffy with how clumsy i am and them being a little wobbly ob a few of them but just had to go down a little slowler. The fans in the rooms were AMAZING as well, being comfortable at night is a must for me. We will definitely be back. ##### Marcella A.
