The common areas are excellent with a large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips w/electricity and water for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle in assigned carport. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking.
