Spacious Property

This was minutes from the beach in a great location. The property was spacious and comfortable on the inside. It comes with the bare minimum in the kitchen so make sure you pack coffee/creamer/anything else you may need while you stay.

Close enough

We were close enough to the beach for a 15 min walk. The house was nice but had a few cosmetic issues like loose towel racks and something going on with the light in the dining area, but maintenance did come amd fix the running toilet. The besd were comfy the layout was cool, and the house was perfect, the deck was great, my dog liked going back and forth from side to side looking at stuff. Overall a good place to stay

Great Weekend Getaway

Location was great and house was nice. Bottom half was rented to another nice group downstairs. We had to buy hand soap, trash bags, and other items that normally come with a rental. More houses are being built so parking might be an issue at some point. Other than that, we really enjoyed the house.

Convenient Location

The place was in a very convenient location and close to everything. The interior is a little dated a could use a remodel but if you are looking for somewhere to lay your head comfortably, this will work. There is no washer or dryer, just a heads up and no swimming pool. The living room tv did not work with the internet there but I was able to use my hotspot on the phone. Overall the place worked for our fishing and beach day. Dog friendly.

Family trip

This property was very nice and spacious. The upstairs has 2 kings and is very spacious! It was super clean except for stickers buried in the rug from a previous guest. The listing had said there was a hair dryer but we never found one. We asked about it and they never responded. Other than that it was a great location and we would definitely stay there again. We had our schnauzer with us this time and it is difficult to find someplace this nice that allows pets.

Perfect vacation spot

We ended up at another rental due to vrbo double booking the house. We stayed at the mermaid. Port A coastal getaways was great with finding us a new home and covered the difference in price. The house was great for our family, kitchen had everything we needed.

Quick Beach Getaway

A fun impromptu beach getaway for our family. Port A has always been one of our favorite places. The homes were clean, well maintained and appointed with all the necessities. There was a snafu in the booking process for the Hidden Porpoise and we did not have the entire house as we expected. This one structure has 2 units that are rented seperately which was unclear in the online description. I recommend reading the discription carefully to ensure you understand exacly what you are booking. With that said...Shane and Jamie at the property management company addressed the situation immediately and did a great job of finding accomdations that were better suited for our party. They were attentive and very responsive taking calls and communicating with us well into the night. I often stay in Port A for extended periods and they will be my go to property management company for future accomodations.Thanks to Shane and Jamie for ensuring we had a fun and memorable get away.

The rooms were hot. The listing stated it came with a washer and dryer and it didn't. We notify someone and they stated they would get back with us and didn't. What is more upsetting is that after we complained they removed that amenity from the website like he had lied or made up that it showed the listing had a washer and dryer.y

Nice property

Booked a property upstairs got the bottom property which was way smaller. It was a cramped stay, property manager did apologize and communicate frequently. Did issue a day refund due to the mishap. Overall would book with them again despite the error.

Just as advertised- liked the property and location

The property was clean and just as shown in the pictures. The property manager was friendly and helpful. The location was good. The only negative thing I have to say about the property is that the down stairs bed was very uncomfortable. Luckily there were two beds upstairs that we were able to choose from and the one we slept in was much more comfortable. Overall we loved the privacy of the property and had a great stay.
