Unit 208 is on the left hand side upstairs. \*\*Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. Parking notes: No parking available. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Lived the walkable access to the beach (literally less than a 5 minute walk) and that we had an option to also drive (literally a 2 minute drive). Laundry in unit was also a huge bonus!Check in and out was super easy and we will definitely be back! Unfortunately, weather was foggy and chilly and staying in unit was not pleasant, due to maintenance being done on the balcony, of which we were not aware.
